Olga Kushnyerova

Office Assistant and Assistant Teacher

Olga Kushnyerova (Mrs. K) was born and raised in the beautiful country of Ukraine, where she got her Master’s in Education and Linguistics from Horlivka Teacher Training University. She always enjoyed working with children, working at Summer Camps and teaching English as a second language to students ages 6-16. Her passion for learning languages and exploring the world led to her starting a program for Summer Language camps for public schools; providing opportunities for students to learn English from native speakers. Mrs. K organized post graduate classes for the Department of Education, helping implement “Character as a Foundation” program into Ukrainian schools. Her curiosity about human nature and the way we operate under stress led her to work with the Crisis Communication training center in Kyiv, where she focused on studying Marshall Rosenberg’s nonviolent Communication to help people understand each other and connect through empathy. Later on, Mrs. K, her husband and 3 kids moved to Vienna, Austria and in 2024 settled in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania, where they found MLCA and fell in love with the school’s philosophy and the way it brings classical education to life.
